Question: How long will it take for my on-line order to get to me?
Answer: Laurie Shovers Design does it’s best to process all of our on-line orders the day we receive them, so you should receive your order in no more than 10-14 business days. Large bracelets will be shipped in no more than 18-21 business days.

Question: Do I have to pay sales tax on my on-line order from Laurie Shovers Design?
Answer: You do not have to pay sales tax on your on-line order unless you live in Wisconsin. In the state of Wisconsin we must add the cost of sales tax.

Question: I want to place an online order, but is your web site really safe and secure?
Answer: The security and safety of your personal information for your online purchase is of the utmost importance to us. Answer: Laurie Shovers Design was founded on the creativity of the creator Laurie Shovers. We do have the ability to customize bead colors, patterns, and stone selections with our jewelry. Question: Do you publish a “paper” catalog?
Answer: We do not publish a paper catalog at this time. Our web site is our catalog, and is currently located at www.laurieshoversdesign.com

Question: Do you offer wholesale pricing for galleries or retail establishments?
Answer: Yes. Laurie Shovers Design is an artist who does sell through galleries and retail establishments also. Minimum quantities do apply. Please contact Laurie Shovers Design directly at 414-228-7002 for more information.

Question: How do I cancel an order?
Answer: Once an order has been entered, we can only cancel the order within 24 hours of receipt. To request cancellation of an order, please contact us directly at Laurie Shovers Design at 414-228-7002. Please have your order reference number ready.

Question: Which carrier does Laurie Shovers Design use?
Answer: Orders are generally shipped by UPS Ground Service or US Postal Service. Generally, packages weighing less than 2 pounds are shipped by Priority Mail. UPS delivery in the continental U.S. is usually within five (5) business days. Mail delivery in the continental U.S. is usually within seven (7) business days, Monday through Saturday. Express and 2nd Day Air services are available upon request. Please call our toll free order line at 414-228-7002 for a quote on express shipping. Orders ship from our Milwaukee, WI warehouse.

Question: Does Laurie Shovers Design ship to addresses outside the continental U.S.?
Answer: We ship to the 50 United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and to APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to select international addresses please email lshovers@yahoo.com for a quote or place your order online and we will automatically email you a shipping quote if the U.S.A. calculated shipping cost does not already cover the charges.

Question: Why is the connection fast sometimes and slow at other times?
Answer: Your connection may be delayed by one of the many servers it travels through to reach www.laurieshoversdesign.com.
